Chrome Books for School District of Pennsylvania - Systemize Networks
SITUATION:Students needed to replace outdated technology with Chrome Books that also connected to Smart Boards.
CONTRACT/SOLUTION: Systemize Networks was contracted to provide a White Glove process—added Google Management Council, Scanned the serial #s and insert charge card capability.Fee was based upon the number of units.
OUR TEAM: Systemize Networks met and presented solution with timeline and budget to School District Manager. The team who implemented the project consisted of 6 professional techs who worked with 1 school official at each location
OUT OF SCOPE OF PROJECT: Systemize Networks within the time restraint had to move Chrome Books to different schools within the district. They were only able to work on this project nights and weekends and in so doing Systemize Networks added staff to meet the deadline——-all at no additional cost.
LOCATION: 9 locations within the one School District in Pennsylvania.
RESULTS: 3798 units were processed in 8 DAYS!
